How Client Relationships Impact Long-Term Success

The value of relationships truly sits near and dear to my heart.

One client that I met over a dozen years ago at a conference down in Pennsylvania has been a client ever since. We've done a variety of business together.

Slater Success has helped grow her company. She's referred other people.

I just did a strategy day for somebody she referred in a similar industry to hers, and she's like, "This is a great thing".

We've also done other things together. I've given her referrals. She's done referrals for me.

When we look at developing true client relationships, we're talking about long-term success. So let me ask you this.

Where has been the value for you? What have you done in developing long-term relationships with your clients? Are there any tricks that you would love to share?

I would love to hear it and love that engagement. It's an opportunity for all of us to learn and grow together.

I know, although we always do things around the holidays to honor our clients,

I like to do little things in the middle of the year, unexpected things. I just did some success journals for clients. This is the true joy of actually building client relationships. I've done things like baby gifts, wedding gifts, things for people's children.

How are you staying in touch with your clients, and what can we learn from you? Please share with me and help us all learn together.
