The 4 A's in a Successful Business - Assess, Ask, Adjust and Act
There are so many business lessons to be learned from unexpected problems that we face in daily life. A recent one comes to mind as I was flying with my elderly mother. I could have easily let my frustrations cloud my thinking but instead I decided to practice what I preach: The What-Can-I-Do-Attitude. With a clear head I assessed the situation, asked for help, adjusted with a What-Can-I-Do Attitude, and took consistent action which resulted in the best possible outcome.
