Your Year End Review

At the end of each year, I like to look at my business to see what's been working and what hasn't.

What has 2020 been like for you and your business?

For example, has your overhead changed? What are you paying for? Where can you save money? What are your recurring payments? If you've been using a service for a long time, maybe it's time to move to annual payments. How have your clients impacted your business? What do you want to do to move your business forward in the new year?

The answers to these questions and more will become the foundation for the year ahead.
