Building Successful Teams - Surround Yourself With People Smarter Than You

I've been working with a lot of my clients this year on building out their teams.

It is really important to build out a great dynamic team because it's your team that's going to help you build and expand and scale your business.

We can't do this all by ourselves, so my key piece is surround yourself with people who are smarter than you.

This was written by Napoleon Hill, and It has been said by many others. I know in 30 years of running a business,

I want to work with people who know what I don't know, people who are smart, insightful, innovative, and take initiative, people who can complement and help me scale the organizations I build.

When I think about hiring, I look for putting people in place that are really smart in their areas and that really are looking to bring things to the table that help me grow my business. It helps me helping my clients grow their businesses.
