The Hybrid Workforce - A Time of Transition

With the change of seasons and the change of weather, we are moving more towards a hybrid work situation. With kids out of school and more time, it's a good time to ask ourselves how are we going to spend our time and how are we going to arrange our work schedules. Will we still meet clients online or will we be meeting in person at times?

One way we can make these decisions is to consider business goals. Think about productivity and accountability. Which is more productive: in person or virtual? Will taking advantage of fresh air and movement help increase productivity and accountability?
