They are here at Slater Success. In fact, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of getting together.

Team retreats give my team and I the opportunity to check in on company culture and how we are all working together. We reflect on marketing, sales and financial goals and team plans.

This week, we'll decide what we want to refine what we're working on, plan new ideas moving forward and decide what we want to achieve the rest of the year.

If you have a larger team, it's a good idea to bring on a facilitator. It's hard to be the leader in the meeting and run the meeting at the same time.
