Thank you, Universe.
Belief.
Follow-through.
Spirit.
These three elements are key components when looking to achieve results.
Belief in what you want to accomplish is first and foremost.
When we set intentions, when we write down goals, we put out into the Universe what we want. But if we don’t feel we are actually able to reach those goals, we tend to feel resistance when it comes down to step two.
The second step is follow-through.
This is one of my biggest teaching points and can be a personal challenge yet, something that makes the real difference between wanting something and getting something.
Your goal comes with its own set of needed actions.. Think of it as a list and break it down priority as well as small as it needs to go.
Spirit is something that goes hand in hand with belief, but it’s also about ambition and tenacity.
How badly do you want to reach your goals?
What is the purpose or the “WHY” and the importance to reach your goal?
How out of your comfort zone will you go?
In 2019, I wanted to do more media appearances and I believed it was possible. I did the follow-through, working with a PR company and opening myself up to East and West coast opportunities. When the time came to walk out on that LIVE, television show, spirit came into play.
I wanted this. I could do this. I had something to say. I was ready.
Fear stops us from taking action and right now, fear is all around. It’s about being open to whatever possibilities are coming your way and finding the mix of belief, follow-through and spirit to reach to the end result.
Think about what you want to do in the next six months and the action you are committing to take.
If you want and need support around strategic planning, I am opening up roundtables in the Fall and there’s a seat at the table for you. Not sure if this would be right for you? I’m not either, what is right is scheduling a call to chat.
You see the possibilities. You see the opportunities.
Schedule a call with me and we can talk about details that fit your business and fits your budget. I am here to help.
