We all have decisions to make...

New York City is slowly reopening. Many of my family and friends are getting back to their daily work schedules, or creating the new normal in work schedules.  Some are going back into the office and beginning the next chapter of 2020 some are embracing new ways of working from home or other locations.

What is this time looking like for you?

We all have decisions to make

If you are a consumer, you have decisions to make.

When is the right time to go back to your 1:1 appointments? Mani/Pedi’s, hair, in person coffee dates.

Will you be traveling or staying close to home this Summer?

If you are a parent, you have decisions to make.

Will you continue online learning for your child or go back to a traditional classroom setting? Are there choices or are you looking at things in a new light in schooling?

Will you send your child to summer camp or plan for other activities?

If you own a business, you have decisions to make.

What is the plan for your business for the next 30, 60, 90 days?

Are you ready for shifts and changes?

Making decisions is part of everyday life and even with information at our fingertips, it’s tough to know if what we are doing is right.

The best advice I can offer is to make a decision, commit to it and learn from it.

It might be the right one, it might not. But staying in a place of indecision is much more harmful.

This is a year of great growth and opportunity in so many areas of life. Education is always the catalyst for change, so keep learning, keep reading, keep asking questions and make decisions that you feel fit best for your life and your business.

Listening to your gut and your heart is very helpful. You don’t have to follow anyone or wait for anything. You can make decisions on your own time and in your own way and feel good about it.

How are you finding support in your decision making? Is it through a coach or mentor? A friend or colleague? A course or podcast?

Content is plentiful and you can do your own research through various channels to help you form a decision, when the answer isn’t 100% clear.

I’m here, always, if you would like to chat. You can schedule a private call or hop on to one of our visionary leadership calls and gain support from the SSC community.
